Clean atmosphere, a little cramped from room to room and music can be a bit loud to drown out the therapists talking in hallways but overall nice environment. Massage has always been good and even had a different therapist once when mine was not available and I needed an immediate massage done. Scheduling is easy. Staff is always friendly towards me, both by phone and in person. Not sure about the review mentioning bugs and bad floors, must be referring to different location as the Stone Oak location is always clean and inviting.

well, I have been looking for a decent massage place since i moved here from new york. I thought i'd give massage heights a try, given their rather cheap prices. MISTAKE! there were bugs everywhere; in the lobby, the bathroom, and even the hallway. and the woodent floor was aboslutely awful.

the massage itself was ok, but the receptionists were extremely rude. not to mention the treatment of the therapists seemed rather shady. the entire time i was waiting for my massage all i could hear was complaint after complaint. not a relaxing envirnoment AT ALL.

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: everything!

I get massages about once a month at my regular spa place, but due to current budget, I thought I'd try the new membership rate here, of $49, as a desperate measure. I went in with low expectations, reading reviews of shoddy therapists and newbies. I requested an experienced theapist and got "Michael". I was very impressed with my experience. He made me feel very comfortable, even with the hot stone massage, which was great and he was very professional. Im not sure about the other therapists, but if you go, request Michael. (He was there in the late evening when I went). The facility was nice - fine for a franchised-type of massage place. Tranquil enough. The massage beds were very comfortable! The front desk staff explained the membership and was not too pushy when I refused.

Pros: Experience Therapist

Cons: Membership

My wife and I went on a Sunday and got the most god-awful massages we've ever had. The therapists all appeared to be brand new, and gave massages that were only slightly better than having suntan lotion rubbed on your back. We won't return.

Pros: none

Cons: bad massages - inexperienced therapists

This place was fabulous. From the moment I walked in I felt like a king. Their staff is friendly, the massage I had was like the an expensive spa at 1/2 the price. Their hot-stone and foot scrub just put me away.

Pros: Customer Service, Quality Therapist,

Cons: I'll let you know when I find one

I've been a member for nearly 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences. The new location in Stone Oak is wonderful and I love the the option of getting only a massage or adding on hot stones.

I have been a member for 3 years with automatic rollover of unused annual 12 visits. Renewed in March 08 with 4 unused visits for a total of 16 visits for the coming year. I had used about 4 to 5 visits by June and checked with staff to see how many visits I had left for the year. I was told that I had only 8 visits left. Requested that an audit be done and Manager Jodi Majewski reported a week later that I still had 10 visits left and that she would correct my account. After 2 more visits, I requested the number left and was told 4 visits. Again, requested an audit. Called and e-mail Founder Wayne Evans of San Antonio and was connected to Cheryl. Explained problem to her and was informed that Jodi Majewski no longer worked for Massage Heights and that a lady by the name of Spring was the manager and she would have her call me. Long story short, after about 6 weeks and 10 calls to Cheryl to resolve the discrepancy and repeatedly being promised that it would be and that either she or Spring would call, nothing was ever done. Neither Cheryl or Spring ever called back. Massage Heights has lost a 3 year customer over their total lack of customer care.

Pros: Massage therapists generally good.

Cons: Poor customer care!!!!

Massage Heights (Bellevue Location) is also an absolute scam. Their massage therapists are not worth the $40 massage and their membership policy is a joke. When you sign up for their so called "6 month membership" you have to jump through rings of fire to cancel. They continue to take money out of your account even when you try to cancel and no longer are contracted for their services. The price can be appealing... but don't get sucked in, you will regret it. If you do get sucked in make sure to read the small print!

Beware when using gift certificates to purchase a massage. They say the first time visit is $39.99. However they only issue gift certificates for $49.99. When you go to pay after your massage with the certificate, if you have already tipped the therapist they still keep the remaing $10, on the certificate, unless you specifically ask for it back or to give it as the gratuity. I make over 50K a year, its not about the $$$, its the principal. I will NEVER return to this place or any of its franchises because of this. I would NEVER set one of my friends or family members up with a massage there. This is shady business practice...so please advise your friends or family members you send with a gift certificate.

Pros: clean

Cons: unprofessional, dishonest

So here's the scene, I'm lying there while the therapist is working on my back. Then he sneezed right onto my back. No he didn't turn his head or cover his mouth. How might I know this, Because I FELT EVERY PARTICAL LAND ON MY LUMBAR SPINE. DEAD CENTER OF MY BACK!!!!!!!!

Pros: the price is right

Cons: you get what you pay for, sub-par therapist at best

I got the hot stone massage. It was wonderful and cost less than $60. I've paid typically around $120-$150 for the same 1 hour service. They have a membership for $59.99 per month that includes a 1 hour massage, hot stone and aromatherapy every month. I thought it was a great value and the experience was enjoyable.

Pros: great service at a great price

Cons: none so far

Facilities are great...clean, relaxing, warm...the massage therapists are well trained and friendly...overall a great experience. The only BUT is that the hour massage was actually only about 45 minutes long but other than that it was a great experience at a great price.

Its so nice to see that someone is interested in allowing more people like myself to get massage more often. This place is professional, pleasant and affordable! I received a deep tissue massage for under $30 for the hour. I also liked that they are open every day and offer late appointments. I work until 7:oo most days and was able to get an appointment at 8:00 in the evening. This worked out well, as I was able to just go home and relax after. They aslo have a membership that I joined so that I could continue to pay $30. Great concept!
