Dave's Custom Plumbing Inc

These guys are real pros.
They were initially recommended to my coop by a top engineerer in the neigborhood for some serious plumbing work (replace a major gas line in our building, fix some corroded pipes, etc). They delivered the most compelling proposal, they showed up when they said they would, and everything seems to be working flawlessly. Of course I hope we have no more use for them, because plumbing problems often come with big headaches, but I have added Dave's Custom Plumbing to my speed dial just in case.

After an initial detection fee, I appreciated being given a final price for the job regardless of roadblocks, length of time, or supplies required to complete the job. Though I'm sure there is a built-in cushion in the price for such expenses; knowing the final price ahead of time was piece of mind for me. After leak detection (3 hours) and repair (7 hour job) for a very hard-to-find under slab leak with pipes both in attic and under slab, I was given a referral to a local cabinet maker company (Michael Meyers Fine Woodworking) to replace the 4 cabinets that were involved.. I was very pleased with both Dave's Custom Plumbing and Michael Meyer's Fine Woodworking as it relates to their timeliness, professionalism, honesty, knowledge of work performed, and tidiness during and after the job, as well as an understandable explanation of what to expect. Highly recommend both companies and will keep their numbers available should I need them in the future...will call them without hesitation.

I wanted a new faucet and toilet. The dispatch girl was very pleasant and tried to accommodate my schedule. The plumber called me just 20 min before he arrived so I didn't have to wait around all day. The plumber suggested a couple of faucets for my kitchen, which I liked instead of getting my own (he gave me that option too).
Anyway, I am very happy with the work he performed. I was afraid that they would create a mess in the bathroom while changing the toilet, however the bathroom looked cleaner when he left than before. And it didn't break the bank either! (I got some high end quotes from other companies that knocked me off my feet!)
