Fry's Electronics

let me start by saying they have great prices , but the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They actually will NOT allow anyone to leave the building until they eyeball search you...and thats the easy way, if you actually buy anything , they will check and double check your accounts and even called my bank to get them on the phone , even though I had made 5 or 6 previous large purchases from Frys before. all in all what ever you save in money they will take from you in dignity before you leave...an employee actually confided that they search the employees before they leave too. so regardless of price I will not go back again, and I will be a happier person for it.

This is one of the best electronic stores. It is spacious, huge collection and neatly organized. The service is also great. They offer products that range from the top niche to the economical models.

I did not find their returns section very helpful. I once went to this store to return something. I had to wait in the line for around half an hour and after I got my turn, it took another half hour for the person working with me to take my return. The item I was returning, was in the exact same packing when bought. I had not even touched it. Still, the employee opened the whole packing to check if everything was ok. I was kind of surprised. Inefficient return policy.

Like the other Frys in the area, this one has just about anything you could possibly want (let alone need). The best time to come here is before 8:00 am--store is not filled and plenty of sevice people. Worst time to come is during lunch or right after work.

This is a one stop for all electronic items. It is definitely better than Best buy. THe prices are always affordable in Fry's .Most of the electronics in my house are from fry's electronics.

Love this store. First store that i visited after i came to US. I like the way they have displayed the items. So far we have bought many items from here. The Onfloor assistants also are very helpful. They have got the best sale after thanksgiving. Most of our electronics items at home are from this store only.
