Life is too busy to worry about the application process and getting great service is key to me. John and his staff make the process easy - they were always one step ahead of me - very responsive and available - even at non-traditional times. Worked closely with my real estate agent. I have used John twice before for refinances and this time for a second home. Couldn't be happier.
