Fantastic facility has a football field and sprint track indoors. Highly qualified coaches with sports and fitness backgrounds. Some have master's degrees and advanced certifications.
This is a great place for me to workout and an even better place for my kids to learn running mechanics and proper weightlifting techniques. If you are into fitness or want to give your kids an opportunity to excel at sports this is a must-try. There is a free lesson request form on their website (www.IneedVelocity.com).
The place is spotless and has a comfortable waiting area for me to sit and watch my kids after my class ends. We tried it, loved it, and make our best efforts to get there 2 times a week.
