They tell you that things need to be done, when they don't. You buy tired with tire protection service, then they pro-rate your tires, then they no longer carry that tire and so you have mis-matched tires. They're service estimates are way off. I wouldn't have ANYTHING done at this or any firestone store. Go to a local tire shop, not this chain.
The only good thing is they're next to the mall, so you can catch a flick or shop while the vehicle is being worked on. I'd rather have someone drill directly into my skull during the spare time of having my vehicle handled by these idiots though, just to show you how bad they are.
Unfortunately they take advantage of the elderly and females here, be warned!
