I've been going there for a couple years now. My son had an appointment in April that i had to cancel because of an emergency. When i try to reschedule i was told i had to wait until December for another appointment . So i call again the next day, they told me they didn't have anything until January so i ask to speak to the manager who told me she was going to have the pediatric secretary call me asap that happened 3 weeks ago still have not heard from her yet .

In short in the last six months I have had three different doctors, everytime I go there the last dentist i saw is gone and been replaced. so basically everytime That I have been they have not like the treatment plan the previous doctor has written out for me. then they write a new one... and for what because they are gone by my next appointment.

If you have nothing Wrong with your teeth then go ahead and go here. you are just getting a cleaning but if you need work done... do not waste your time.

My son needed braces so I took him to Nanston. We first started at the Roswell Location but soon after they closed and refused to let us out of the contract and we were forced to travel all the way to Kennesaw for treatment. Then, they decided to keep my son on braces 6 months past the estimated 18 month waiting period, for which the doctor promised there would be no additional charge. Suddenly one day after the treatment was completed I received a massive bill for nearly $1000!! Beware of this place, if you are still going to go there make sure you get everything they say in writing from them. They may have fancy TV's and cool chairs to keep your child entertained during their treatment, but the quality of care you receive is extremely poor.

I have a hard time going to the dentist and avoided going for a long time. I finally had to find a dentist and go back because I know I need work done. I found Nanston's website and thought it seemed like a respectful & reputable company.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived early enough to do paperwork, etc. When they called me back, I sat in the chair in a hallway of about 20 exam rooms (which are only separated by partitions) for what seemed like an eternity alone with only my scared thoughts. They came to do x-rays, which they had to come back and repeat. I then waited a long time again for Dr. Andu to come see me. I was very scared and made it a point to tell both the hygenist and Dr. Andu about that, and that I knew I needed work done. She was very brisk - spent about 2 minutes with me all the while talking loud enough for the whole hallway to hear about what poor condition my teeth were in and making me feel embarrassed about it.

Afterwards, I was waiting in another hallway for their "treatment coordinator" to finish with another lady. I was called up by one of the front-end assistants to schedule my referral for TMJ (because it was beyond what Dr. Andu normally treats). They referred me to their specialist in Decatur, and I left about an hour & a half later for an appointment that was supposed to be x-rays & consult only!

When I went to my TMJ appointment (which I had to take time off for) in a big office building, I found the sign for the office, but door was locked & lights off. I had to be informed by the dental office across the hall that they have relocated and that doctor no longer treats TMJ.

I was never once apologized to by their mistake of scheduling an appointment for an office that no longer exists - and to a dr. who no longer performs those services. I canceled my future appointments and will be visiting a dentist who actually cares and works on Fridays.
