The post office is clean and feels very open, which I love. And the employees are very friendly. There's just not enough of them to keep it running quickly and smoothly. But those who they do have are friendly and efficient.

The parking situation is horrible. There are relatively few parking spots available in either the front or the back lot. And the front lot causes major problems in traffic flow. It is extremely narrow and small. The handicapped spaces are right near the street entrance, and since some of those drivers are impaired or simply drive large vans or cars they often have to back up part-way into the street in order to make their turn past the other cars parked along the building and exit the parking lot. This is unsafe and a real hassle not only for postal customers, but also for those who are just passing by on the street and have to stop to let someone back out of the post office lot.

PROS: nice employees
CONS: terrible parking situation

I was trying to decide between would not recommend and satisfactory ratings. A lot seems to depend upon luck. The employees are friendly enough, but there just aren't enough of them. Sometimes you may luck out and be in and out quickly while other days you may wait in line for quite some time. There is not enough parking either which can be especially annoying in bad weather or if you have a large package. My advice, don't go when you are in a hurry and try to consolidate trips.

PROS: Friendly employees
CONS: Often long wait
