St. Joseph's Hospital

During a recently short stay at St. Joseph's, a supervising nurse ridiculed and verbally abused me three different times to cover up a small incidence of neglect. This is superb hospital which deserves its reputation for fine physicians and care. A short "we apologize" would have taken care of the original situation--and did come later from another even higher supervisor before my discharge. I encourage all patients in all hospitals to stand up to bullies like this who slip through during the hiring process.

Last month, I made my first visit for treatment at St. Josephs and was very happy with my medical care. I found the staff to be professional and caring. Located on "Pill Hill" (nickname for the cluster of hospitals and doctors offices) off I-285, St. Josephs has a beautiful inner atrium full of shops and businesses. The buildings are very easy to navigate once you have found a place to park inside the massive parking garage. The nurses kept me entertained even while I was undergoing various procedures.
