The Spa at Natomas is a conveniently located full service spa. They do mani/pedis, hair and massages. They are mid-high priced, but worth it. You also get a day pass to the state-of-the-art Gold's Gym located next to them with any service. They sell and use only Aveda products. The massage therapists are excellent.
