I initially liked the area for my 19 month old daughter but then started to see that the parents or nannies do not keep an eye on their children. Children start fighting over the toys and the parents just sit and watch. Instead of showing the kids to share they just keep chatting away. HUUUMMM , wonder why society is the way it is. Also noticed groups of parents just "loitering" around the tables taking up all the space so no one else could use the tables to feed their children. The owner needs enforce some rules and ask parents to leave if they are not obeying. I can see what kids belong to which parents !! and the sick policy. I would think the parents would have common sense not to bring their sick children to play and get all the other kids sick !! What is wrong here ????

We've been coming here ever since it opened a few years ago and we've never been disappointed. Of all the indoor playgrounds we've been to, this one has the best "ambience" - the music is cool (no awful kiddie music!) and the staff is kind. I've never seen the kind of nanny shenanigans described by some of these other reviews. My 3 year-old and 7 year-old have never had a bad experience here and we must have visited 100 times.
Have fun!

I read the other reviews here before going. I must say I think some of you are over reacting a bit. My two kids (ages 2 and 5) had a fantastic time. I thought the facility was extremely clean and well kept, there was a nice place to sit and sip some of the free coffee on brew, and the attendants seemed gracious and professional. I didn't see any germ-infested sick kids running wild or any overbearing nannies disrupting the peace, in fact all the parents/caregivers seemed very civil and there wasn't a single child there that didn't appear to be having a great time. My kids and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

First timer with two 2yr olds. Thought the space was bright and clean and although it did offer a lot of different activities for all the kids, there are no boundaries for the different ages that attend, meaning that 5 and 6 yr olds are not watching out for the smaller toddlers when they give chase inside the gym. I thought the noise level was too loud. Noise coming from the parents and/or caregivers that sit on the benches and chat, nearly drowns out the music that is being played. I noticed that some kids had 3 or 4 adults. Maybe it would help to have the parent free and charge for the rest of the party. Just saying.
I would go back. Maybe attend on a day or time that is slower and not so crowded. My girls had fun. I would go back.

This place used to be nice... not great but nice... now it has been taken over by aggressive, thug-like nannies. My wife has been going for a few years now and we have even had a birthday there. Recently, the place has been overrun by "nannies", if that is what you want to call them, and these nannies are nothing like Mary Poppins. Tatoos, foul mouths, mad dog looks can best characterize the "ladies" you and your child will be spending your morning or afternoon with.

Stay away or bring mace!

I went there with some friends because I wanted to see what it's all about. It was a lot smaller than I expected. There's not too much to do and it does get crowded in the summer. My daughter did love the huge doll house, but that was about it. The price is about the same as other indoor playground who have more to offer.

I was very pleased with Amy's Playground initially. I especially liked their "no shoes" policy. Then I began to notice that sick children were allowed to attend despite their "No Sickies, Please" policy. My daughter got more colds then ever while attending Amy's playground. This is just one reason I don't take her there anymore. There is also lack of reinforcement of other policies, like no eating in the play area and no rough housing. This devil-may-care environment is reflective of the owner's disinterest in reinforcing her own policies. If this isn't enough, I happened to overhear one of the nanny's being particularly mean to her charge. For all you mothers who have nannies taking care of your children, please be aware that some of them may not be caring for your child as you would like. Ask your children about their nanny.

The owner wasn't particularly nice to me or my 1 year old son. The "no shoes" policy only seems to apply to certain people as the owner walked through the "playground" with her shoes on as she showed her friend the place, who had her shoes on too. I chose to take my son there because there is a "no shoes" policy. Then there's the "No Sickies, Please" policy. The owner asks that ill children not be brought, yet when an ill child is brought to her attention, she shrugs it off with a "Oh well" That sick child ended up getting my son quite ill ...she 'snotted' all over him :( It's too bad that their own policies aren't enforced and it's too bad the owner's not a little more adult/kid friendly because we'd love to go there, but not under these conditions.

I recently had my 3 year old son's b-day party at Amy's and was exceptionally impressed. Although, I was informed I would have 2 party assistants to help me with the unloading and set-up, I didn't expect much help. These young women, were outstanding. They literally stuffed gift bags, single-handedly set up the buffet table, and the cupcake display. It was the best birthday party we have ever attended (and we received the same feedback from our guests). Well worth the price (I only signed up for the most-basic package, but the service was premiere.

PROS: Outstanding Value, Very helpful Assistants
CONS: None

We held my 3 year old's birthday party here last month. Everyone had a great time. The playground is clean and fun. There is a bounce house, a giant playhouse which was a big hit and a big slide/climbing structure. There is also an area for the under 1 crowd to play. It is an open area so that parents can relax at tables or in well-placed seating throughout the space and can see their kids. The two party assistants were wonderful - so nice and organized - they helped us unpack the food we brought and even packed everything back up at the end of the party and loaded it all into the car for us. We were very happy with the service and the space. Prices are fair, they did go up this year for birthday parties so you'd probably want to compare it to what you might be able to get someplace else but overall, a good value. They also serve free coffee and have wireless internet. You can come M-F for open play and pay for the day. I highly recommend Amy's Playground.
