I have been getting my hair done by Theresa since 2000 when I worked and lived in Fremont. Now living in Los Gatos I drive the almost 1 hour traffic on Wednesday night because Theresa never dissappoints in giving me the perfect mens haircut.
If you care about hair style and consistancy once you let Theresa "do your do" you will never be satisfied with another.
You will also enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, conversation, and pleasantry of the whole shop.

I entered Artistry for Hair with dull, lifeless, hay-like long hair. I had strayed away from Aveda when moving back to the bay area. I searched online for an Aveda salon in the east bay. I stumbled on this salon. When I walked in I was immediately welcomed and Theresa wrote down an action plan complete with product recommendations to turn my hair around. She did a good cut with minimal color to protect my color damaged hair. I love that she was thinking about the long term health of my hair. I have to say, one year later, I have new hair! It is long, shiny, full and totally healthy. I love Therea and I love Aveda!!! P.S. there is a fabulous indian cuisine across the alley! Another great reason visit often!

I was referred to Theresa by my fiance, who has been going here for many years, despite living in Campbell. I've worn my hair long for years, but I was feeling the need to give it an updated look with modern layering, without losing the length. My fiance highly recommended Theresa for her terrific ability to listen and interpret his wishes, so I went. Theresa is easy going, her salon is tidy, and her service is top notch. I tried to explain my idea to Theresa and she and I discussed some changes, and then we jumped in. All I can say is WOW. Theresa not only gave me a fabulous new look, she also styled it beautifully, and I'm just thrilled with the results. I am definitely coming back! Thank you, Theresa!

I have been going to Theresa's Artistry Salon since 1996 and do so for a reason, The service. Theresa is has always asked me what I would like done and gives me exactly what I ask for along with good advice if I ever wanted to do something different. Trust me...I have had many different lengths and styles with or without color it doesn't matter she always delivers.

I live in the South Bay and still continue to go see her because I have always been very picky and yeah..she is not the cheapest but when I have in the past gone for cheaper I have always gone back to Theresa to fix it!

Theresa does a fantastic color and cut. I have gone to the shop for years and they have always been flexible and kind. I receive compliments on my hair cut, style and color. Aveda products are amazing and so healthly for your hair. When I first started going to Theresa, my hair was dry, brittle, had a terrible hair color and cut. Theresa worked very hard to get my hair healthy. There is a professional atomosphere and it is friendly. Aveda products are made with natural ingredients and I wouldn't use anything else. I would recommend both Theresa and Carol to anyone who wants to have and maintain great hair.

Unsatisfactory service. Hair cut was not as expected as Teresa spent time selling other services rather than focus on haircut.

Will not go there for a hair cut again.

The store has a nice atmosphere, and the girls are friendly. They also have a cute little dog. This was my first time coming here, but I was happy with the service. I got a cut and highlights which came to $150, so the prices are a little high, but it was worth it. I love my hair! The only problem was they didn't take credit cards, but that isn't too big of a problem. I would definitely go there again.

I think this is one of the best hair styling places that soemone can go to! The prices, ar enot that great, BUT it's a small price to pay, for great hair! THey always listen to exactly what you want and they always try to be reasonable. If you ever had a really important gathering, or a social and you wnt to look good for it, teresa stein is DEFINATELY the place you want to go.

this shop is very famous local for hairstylists they are very experienced and expert in hundereds of hairstyles the lady here is very softspoken and nice she is very understanding and know what are you asking for and she might sugguest you which hairstyle will suit on your face and in the end she will tell you how to take care of your hair but onle thing the charges are little high
