.

I stopped in to grab the #7 (5 chicken strips w/drink and a side) it costs roughly $7.

How hard is it to say Hello, may I take your order? Or anything even close to it?

The little girl working the front counter was named Keatta or something close to that. She has long braids which are bleached blonde at the ends of them. If you are here, hope to high hell that she isn't taking your order, or prepping it for you. She just stood there and looked at the Cash Register w/out even saying anything to me, then begain sighing before finally saying. "Are you going to order". The shift manager then came up to take my order. Then I began to receive proper customer service.

Just my luck "Keatta" was then the one preparing my food after the guys in the back made me some fresh chicken strips. She didn't even look to see if the order was to go, or for a dine in. She just started throwing things into a box, then said "here you go" and dropped the box on the counter. I told her that the food was for dine-in then she started "sighing" again. She dumbs everything in the box out on the bench behind her, then walks to the back of the store with all my food on the bench. She comes back a few minutes later, then slowly pulls out a tray, a paper for the tray, then puts the food onto the paper. She walks off, then comes back again before placing it on a tray and sliding it across the counter to me.

If I didn't enjoy the chicken strips dipped in their mashed potatoes & gravy so much, I would have just asked for a refund and went to the Burger joint down the road.

Horrible, attitude, and "Keatta" is a bad reflection upon the Popeye's franchise.

Pros: Freshly cooked strips! Great biscuits

Cons: Horrible Customer Service by "Keatta" or something like that
