Rude, obnoxious, gossipy is how I'd describe the staff at this company. They charge way too much, act as if they are the owners and you're renting from them, etc. Every year they refuse to turn up the heat and when you complain, they retaliate. Unprofessional, costly, and this sad company have no idea what customer service is. NOT RECOMMENDED--STAY AWAY!!

They charge way too much, act as if they are the owners and you're renting from them, etc. Every year they refuse to turn up the heat and when you complain, they retaliate. Lundgren saved our condominium??s @ss. We switched over to Kevin??s company a couple of years ago and the first thing they did was get us proper insurance (turns out we were woefully under-insured). We had a fire in our building last year and his company had my place rebuilt in less than a year without me spending a dime out of my pocket. If we were still under our old property manager, I would be homeless and bankrupt right now. Kevin??s company is professional and knowledgeable. Lundgren got me my condo back.

Whenever there is an issue, I am told to take it up with Kevin Kelliher. The crazy, cowboy CEO of a company who hangs up the phone with such remarks as "I don't have time, write me a letter."

The people who work for Kevin only say it's up to Kevin and Kevin is impossible to reach. I suggest not living anywhere managed by this group, a disgrace!

Kevin is the most unprofessional CEO I have ever met. When I tried to complain about something he said that he didnt work for the condo owners but the trustees... soooo rude. But aside from that, Lundgren charges the most ridiculous fees in the industry... If anything goes wrong in the building they will charge you double of what it really costs.

But aside from that, Lundgren charges the most ridiculous fees in the industry... If anything goes wrong in the building they will charge you double of what it really costs.

Aside from being essentially impossible to get a hold of anyone there to have a problem fixed, they implement new rules that I personally don't believe a unit owner should have to live under. I own the property because I want to be the owner and answer to myself, not because I want to be told how many keys I can have or what is appropriate. Everything here was running very smoothly until they came in and now there are extra fees, assessments, and costs being spent that are absolutely not necessary, as well as a ridiculous charge for keys which I'm still very annoyed about.
