Had to call three times before they would even see me (driving in over an hour) and should have known then to avoid them. As I showed up, he burst into a *temper tantrum* (this guy is way too old for that sort of thing) so he left for ten minutes to "cool off".

This left me and other potential renters waiting, so we heard his employees chatting openly about how sick they are of his temper tantrums, etc. They clearly are much better at his job than he is (were forced to point out to him numerous times where to find information on paperwork, etc).

Then, after waiting almost an hour, I was finally shown photos of the apartments -- told to wait again while he yelled at employees -- and when we finally went to look at two that I was interested in, he turned around before we left the building AND REFUSED TO SHOW ME THE APARTMENTS when I said I would not be able to make a decision before tomorrow.

Then he started yelling at me about how he would have all these apartments rented by this weekend. Well, good luck getting them rented, but hopefully not to the reader of this review, because this guy is the worst.

Pros: support staff know what they're doing

Cons: head honcho does not
