If I could give a zero star rating, it would be too good for this company. The manager is rude, completely unprofessional and mocks customers. If this is indeed a Christian company like Megan says below, it sure doesn't show through in the way that they treat people. I'm wondering if the 5 star review below is just a plant from the company themselves because my experience with this company is an obvious mirror to the other 1 star reviews.
I'm going to tell you my story about this company. I went into their shop to buy a lamp for my tv which I did but there was another women in there that brought her lamp in and was going to buy another. She also brought in a new lamp that someone had given her but they had a house fire and they gave it to her. The woman at the counter found out that they were the same lamp and the gentleman in the back changed the lamps out of the housings for free. We both waited for our lamps to get replaced out of the housings so that is why I know her story. \r
I have used them for service before and I will contine to use this Christian company. Thank you Professional Tv for paying it forward.
I called professional tv to purchase a capacitor for my Samung TV. After receiving a barrage of double talk from the very rude receptionist, I attempted to repeat my request... Could they order me a capacitor. Again, the rude and unprofessional receptionist insisted that the problem with my tv was MORE than the capacitor. I explained that I only needed a new capacitor. She refused to order one for me or EVEN give me the name of the supplier. Most businesses, especially those that are about to become OBSOLETE, would normally bend over backwards for a potential customer.
NOT Professional TV. She mocked my knowledge base and refused to even assist in providing me assistance with ordering. She called me a name that I will not write on this review... please know that Professional TV is not professional. A business that can't even SPELL VCR correctly... much less get the clue that NO ONE has VCR's anymore... should at least be a little more polite on the phone. She wanted me to bring in my TV and leave it... I am sure they would charge me an arm and a leg for some problem that would not be there... order the 12 dollar capacitor and be happy.
I checked on Amazon and have found one for 12 bucks.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
BEWARE of the shady business practices here. They tend to take advantage of people not knowing about TV repairs. I would give this place a negative star if i could. Horrible people to deal with. The mechanic name Shawn is the worst over there. They tell you they are going to call you back but after two week when i called back they put me on hold for 10 min and then tell me they can't find my account. So i explained what my tv looks like and where i live and then they finally found it. Then they tell me they are waiting on parts. They had my tv there for a month and half. After that I requested to have my tv delivered back without getting it fixed, so i was told again to wait for a call. Then after another week of waiting i called back only to hear Shawn forgot to call me back again and I wont get a refund for the parts that they ordered. I understand not getting back the $70 for home visit, but i should've at least get the $150 back for the wrong parts that they ordered with out asking me first. I had to file a BBB complaint on these crook
