This was a favorite place for me to go when I lived in Chicago. The food is really great, and there is a lot to choose from! The Jewish Cuisine? The only word I can think of is: YUMMMMY!!!

What's Cooking is a family restaurant. Although an older crowd congregates to eat because of their delicious food. Their sandwiches are delicious, their soup is always great, their Jewish cuisine is very good. Their breads are fresh and so is the food they serve. Their menu is varied and delicious. Their prices are reasonable. Good place to eat with family or friends.

My family and I have been coming here since I was a baby [24 years]. The restaurant serves an array of food, including home-cooked Jewish standards like my favorite matza ball soup!!! Its always been a tradition to come to Whats cooking on a rainy day and enjoy a hot bowl of matza ball. They also serve American favorites like burgers, fries, and much more!
