I was back from my tour in iraq and my computer was crashing right in front of my eyes. I had no one to help and my buddy told me about Techfusion which did some work for his family in the past. He gave me Alfred's number and I spoke to him and he told me that we have one shot if we brought it to him and he could do something better: for free! He told me that he has a program which would help iraq veterans and their families as a thank you for our service. Techfusion helped recover the data I needed in about a week and I have a smile on my face ever since. I was given great service and I recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a broken Raid Array which I spent hours trying to restore the backup on. I finally was fed up with the errors and needed a true Data Recovery professional. I saw Techfusion while driving and noticed they offer data recovery help. I spoke to a man named Alfred who put my nerves at ease. He told me about Techfusion's history, the truth about drives and their faulty nature, and assured me he could help. I needed my data fast and he got it done quicker than I had hoped for. I had a server which went down on me and Techfusion got the data back and even helped to restore the dataset and saved my career. Thanks Techfusion!

Techfusion does the unthinkable. I had the "click of death" and dealt with hours of trying to retrieve the data myself but to no avail. I took the drive to another company which also tried to retrieve the data and failed. Techfusion was able to get back the data even when the other company told me it was scratched and physically damaged. I was clearly given the ups and downs of data recovery and I went with the right choice. These guys are friendly, caring, and helpful. It really is the place to go when everyone else says your data is lost. Highly recommend!

This company mislead me on their pricing. They quoted a firm price over the phone, which morphed into a "starts at" price once they had the drive.
They shipped the drive back without a company name on the box, so UPS didn't know where to deliver it. When I emailed to see if it had been shipped back, they sent the UPS info, where you could clearly see the delivery problem, but didn't address the issue, left it for my company to address.
This drive left here double boxed and came back very poorly packed, wrapped in news print.
They charged our CC $595 once they received the drive. Can't wait to see how long it takes to get the $500 back!

We are a major department at MIT and had a bad experience with Techfusion. They quoted us a price and time frame and didn't stick to it. Throughout the recovery process we were never able to speak to an engineer who was actually working on our drive. We unable to ascertain the real chances for recovery for two entire weeks (when we had requested and paid for expedited service). They returned our disk without the original electronics.
