The wait staff tries, they smile a lot, but can't keep the orders organized. Kept bringing us the wrong order (was ordered by another table). We were hoping they's give one of the other tables our bill. No such luck. At least we got our bill, not someone else's. The only thing delivered correctly the first time was the bill.

Im not going to write a story, sorry waste of my time.....
1. Owner ( Fred ) throws food at employees and customers.
2. Drinks take about 30-45 min
3. Food takes about 1 hr and very poor quality the lobster is very cheap and they say lobster bisque but be AWARE that item has no lobster.
4. The oldest manager is 27 and David the so called manager is child and ran away from our complaints. If it was legal I would have knocked him out for insulting my fiance. p.s. If you read this reply wisely as I would love to have a talk man to man.
5. The wait staff for the most part will try there hardest to please the guests but management makes it hard for them, so please dont take out anger on the wait staff as they do try there best.

Total disappointment. Food was bad, literally bad. Oysters were not edible. I ordered the chicken and apple wrap but came without the apple, and my boyfriend had to remind the waitress about his margharita about 3 times. It finally arrived, but without the salt. Who does that? Thought it was just our night but tables around us were having the same problems. Food orders were dropped, service was terrible, and the manager (who looked that he was 18 yrs old) could not keep up with the complaints. As a good offering, they brought over free apps, but it contained shell fish that my boyfriend was allergic too. Wish they asked us what apps we would like to have on the house before just bringing it over. Good news, the oysters & drinks were taken off the bill. Highlight of the night, the restaurant has a great view of the sun setting.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I had lunch here with a girlfriend on Friday and they staff could not have bene more hospitable. We wanted to get some sun and the only table that was getting good sun was a round circular table that could sit a larger party. They had no problem accomodating us at hte larger table even though it was just the two of us. Our food was brought out quickly and was delicious. Our server was pleasant and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. I would definetly go back here and recommend it to others.

Server's name Lindsay. She seemed very professional at the start. Then it all went down, the drinks came 25 minutes after we sat down, we placed our order, and then 15 minutes later she came back stating they were out of grilled chicken, so we had to replace the order again. My kid;s food never came, 45 minutes later, she brought bread which she managed to drop a few pieces on the floor and then place the basket with 2 pieces of bread and 2 used side plates, the plates had old food and a tooth pick still sitting on them. This bread was clearly left overs from customes that had since left the establishment. We asked to speak to the Manager, who did not sympathise with the situation, he quickly got the bread out of the way and left as fast as he could. Lindsay all the while was giving all her attention to the table next to ours which had 5 good looking men. I cancelled the order, I will NEVER EVER go back to Skyline. We asked for the check, and she gladly gave us a tab which belonged to the table next to us $ 110. this is one of my worst experiences ever. This establishment does not care about the customer's satisfaction. They could all learn a few things from the sorrounding restaurants. We had dinner at Sirros next door and the service was excellent.

I thought this restaurant was great! Good food, great service, and great location. Went on a week night, and it was not to busy, so we got seated right away. The food is priced reasonably and you get a decent amount. I will return soon!

The worst experience of my life. "Bad service" is not enough to describe it. Not only that the server brought us dishes/drinks we never ordered and then charged us for it, she then insulted us every time we returned the wrong dish or drink and asked for the one we actually ordered. When time to pay came and we provided number of credit cards to pay for the mediocre food and awful service we got charged the whole amnt to one of the credit cards only and were insulted repeatedly when we pointed the mistake ( the bill had to be spitted between few credit cards). Eventually we could not deal with it anymore and 40 min later we asked for the manager, who wasn't much of a help either. So after another 30min we just gave up. Our designated payer had to carry a bill for a party of 6 and we all felt like we just got dragged through the mud for a "well spent" $$$. So if I could rate this place a minus ten I would.

We were so glad we did! The Skyline is under new management we were told! We were seated quickly, had an awesome server, and the food was unbelievable! We enjoyed this establishment so much we spent our evening enjoying cocktails on the deck watching the waterfront. I can't say enough good things about our experience here; we went back Sunday morning for their brunch. It was a repeat performance of the previous evening. There was quick service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely give this place a chance... we thought it was very enjoyable. Bobby (new mgr.) Great job!

We were so glad we did! The Skyline is under new management we were told! We were seated quickly, had an awesome server, and the food was unbelievable! We enjoyed this establishment so much we spent our evening enjoying cocktails on the deck watching the waterfront. The supposed owner seems to be more of a pain in the butt then an asset to the well being of Skyline. Servers dressed in horrible colors and probably underpaid which would explain lack of service.

Overall this guy should quit while he is ahead and sell this place to someone who has a clue!

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Skyline recently. I can't recall visiting such a poorly run establishment. Whilst half the outdoor tables were empty we were left waiting 30mins for an outdoor table. Several guests left in frustration. We should have left too... The Oysters were covered in a green slime, and clearly inedible. The haddock was bone try. We had to ask our server several times for bread, water etc and the bread actually arrrived after we had finished eating. The management have clearly employeed cheap labor and nobody over the age of 25. Lets see where that strategy gets them...

We waited for a very long time between courses. i eat out frequently and i have yet to enjoy any restaurant that is better for its casual style, yet excellant food. i am always surprised at the value for the dollar and the huge portions, and recently i was there for their sunday brunch, incredible and cheap too!

This place has a great atmosphere (terrific view) and wonderful staff. The food was prepared just the way I like it and in a quick time frame. I highly suggest this restaurant when in Marina Bay.

Congrats to the new Skyline Restaurant Management! What a turn-around this establishment has been through in the past few months! We live in Marina Bay and go often for incredibly delicious, plentiful, affordable and amazingly large menu. The waitstaff is courteous and attentive. The decor is smart and clean with well lit tables for reading the vast menu. We've recently experienced their weekend lobster specials (be sure to sign up for their email list!). The lobster was available in 1-2 lbs, either boiled or baked stuffed and the prices ranged from $9-$30 - INCREDIBLE.
It's definately worth giving Skyline a second chance - you'll be amazed! Enjoy the view too!
