I Haved lived in Springton Court Apts. for about 2-3 yrs. now, They are not very expensive for the area, but the price does go up every year. But you do get what you pay for they responce for maintenence problems is horrible. You really have to stay on top of it or no one will come half the time! I've had locks on my windows that are broke and have been since I moved in, every summer i call and still they are not fixed! My Air Conditioner has been broke for two summers I called twice last year and no one came I called three times this year and someone came and its been 2 weeks and still not fixed? What made me even more frustrated was last summer i was pregnant and now i have an 18 month old, which would make me think they would at least let me know something instead of making me call every week. Also the windows are metal and so old in the winter we have to put plastic up to keep the cold air out, but that still doesn't keep the PECO bill under $250.00, which is rediculous for an apartment. I would not recommend moving here, and plan to move out soon myself!
