DON'T SHOP HERE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. My daughters expensive prom dress was purchased here. Viper offered to sew bra cups into the dress and we purchased those at extra charge. The dress was hanging when picked up and remained hanging. My daughter tried the dress on to make sure it fit and it looked beautiful. The day of the prom, in the early afternoon, my daughter laid her dress carefully on her bed in preparation for the big evening. The last thing she did (30 minutes before group pictures) was to put on the dress. When she opened the bag, a large dark (almost black) water type spot was right on the right breast of the dress! You can imagine the panic and stress. We discovered the bra cup they used had a liquid that leaked (was punctured when we received it but did not know until the dress was laid down, which caused it to leak). My daughter in tears, black stain on the dress, uneven bra cups and 30 mins until pictures! I rushed to find a cleaners to spot treat, frantically running around and calling any place close by. Tried to keep her from crying and ruining her beautiful make-up. I tried to keep the dress up right and prayed. With some luck we managed to "disguise" the best we could. She missed group pictures with friends but did make it to the prom in time. All very stressful. I called Viper the next day and expected them to make things right. In my mind, they should have refunded the price of the dress, but I was willing to pay for 50% of this crisis. Just so you know, expensive to me was $225.00 which may not be expensive to some. Viper's answer was "you should have called us yesterday and brought the dress in"...REALLY?! I live 1/2 hour away and it is 30 mins before she needs to wear the dress!!! In the panic to make things right at the moment, honestly the last thing I thought to do was to get in my car and drive a 1/2 hour both ways! She would have missed the prom all together. They said, "there is nothing we can do, except $50 towards your next dress". Hmmm...you mean there is nothing you WANT to do...if you cared about customers and good will for your business, splitting the cost of the dress would have been the right thing to do. I was willing to meet half way on this error of theirs but they were not. This $125 refusal will cost so much more in customer good will. With daughters and 3 more homecomings and proms to go (6 chances for business right there), I know for sure we will NOT be shopping at a place (Viper Apparal) that does not value customer service.

So I went to Viper for a dress that I really needed because my boyfriend had a tux already with the color. No one had it, but then I went to Viper and they had it. They even did the alterations to fit it perfect to my body. \n\nMelissa is the best! Thanks Melissa!

ok so these people are great. they hooked me up. i called all sorts of companys and spend hours searching for a dress, finally found viper apparels search result and they had the dress I wanted in stock and in my size!!! it was incredible. dalia was super duper nice and i don't know what i would've done without her!!

Viper Apparel is the worst store that I have EVER bought from. The review policies stink. I ordered a dress from there for prom, and it looked nothing like the dress online. It was much darker, and looked like something a fairy would wear. I understand that Viper Apparel does not make the dress, but they have ruined my senior prom by not letting me return it. If I pay $400 for a prom dress, I expect it to be the dress that I ordered, and if something is wrong with it, I expect them to fix it. But, that's just my opinion as a consumer, I suppose. Do not let this company ruin your special night, go else where.
