I would never have them as my supplier. They make you sign a 5 year contract with them, Then they make you pay the highest price around. Then they charge you tank removal.

We, like all other propane suppliers in CT, have introductory rates for all new customers. The introductory rate reverts back to standard market rates that are measured according to a customer's usage.
A customer may choose to purchase their own tank, or they can rent one. Some customers do like ownership of their own tanks, and others prefer we maintain responsibility for the tank. If a tank is damaged we replace it.
When a new customer signs on we ask for a security deposit equal to a full tank of propane. We do have our service fees in our contracts.
The life expectancy of propane equipment is much longer than oil or natural gas equipment we don't offer any type of monthly worry-free service contract. Instead we charge a $65 service call when a customer does infrequently need to call. We have to charge some type of service fee for each time we visit, regardless of the reason, it's simply the reality of running a business.
When a customer cancels their contract we simply deduct the final service call charge from that initial deposit & either provide a refund check for the balance, or an invoice for the remaining part due.
We are working very hard to satisfy our customers.
