Went for facial few months back, will never go or recommend anyone for this place.
Price is high, service not good, she's soft spoken but with harsh words.
Money hungry lady.

A little piece of HEAVEN!!!!!
Experiencing Clarity is experiencing a little piece of heaven. Once I had my first facial I was hooked. Since then I have had several facials, microdermabrasion, waxing and lymphatic cleansing. It is nicely decorated and makes you feel like you are at a spa reteat. You will find the owner very knowledgeable about skin care and health. I would recommend this experience for anyone. It would make a great gift. It is not the cheapest, but what you get in return is well worth it. You will never be pressured into products or services, just excellent care.
Pros: great care, knowledgeable, nice atmosphere
Cons: none

Best facial I've had so far...
I've recently started getting facials regularly at this spa. I tried it for the first time upon the recommendation of a friend of mine, she always had skin problems and all of a sudden, all the little bumps and blemishes were gone. The staff was friendly and efficient and most importantly, flexible - a must if you have a busy schedule. I am always very reluctant to go to someone new and try new skin care products because I have sensitive skin. My facial was wonderful and products which were suggested work wonders. My skin is much better, definitely a place I plan to stay loyal to.

Customer service sucks
I went to this spa becuase my husband bought me one of thier gift certificates for our weding anniversary and because I was pregnant. I was quite sick and couldnt stand the smell of anything so I didnt use up my visits vey quickly. I explained the situation to the girls there and they told me to come back whenever I had had thebaby and it wouldn't be a problem. I had only used 2 of 4 visits. Now that i am fully recovered and want to use my visits the owner is refusing to honor the certificate. Not impressed. I would have thought that they would have at least honored their commitment under the circumstances. Needless to say I wasnt amused and I dont think I will ever go back. Pity because Tatyana was very good!! She really took some stress away when I was pregnant!
Pros: certificates r cheap, nice rooms
Cons: watch 4 expiry dates, expensive treatments

Mediocre
It's not a bad spa, but it's not the best I've been to either. Lack of product selection. No compelling justifications to use the recommended products. Although the staff was friendly, there was nothing that stood out about this place. Items and services were pricey and I questioned the credibility of the staff and products. I would only recommend this place if the location is convenient. Otherwise, pass it. Pricey for nothing special.
Pros: Location, Appointment making, Small, private
Cons: Lack of selection, credibility?, boring decor, pricey

Worth what you pay
I was referred to Clarity for eyebrow waxing, mine had been messed up from years of tweezing and visits to nonreputable salons. The service costs a little more ($15), but it is so worth it! Always come out looking great and I've never had an incident of being burned, hurt, or of having unsatisfactory results. At Clarity, all staff are licensed, supplies and equiptment are clean and sterilized, and they are honest with you about recommendations for products or other services - no high pressure sales pitch. I've also enjoyed several facials at Clarity and continue to recommend the spa and buy gift certificates for friends and family. The atmosphere is great - not what you would expect and the staff is wonderful. Clarity has also been wonderful about appointments that I've had to cancel or reschedule - even if it was at the last minute. Highly recommended.
Pros: Service, Price, Cleanliness
