I am very satified with my results from laser hair removal. The staff at Metro Laser are great, they are kind, caring, and make you feel comfortable no matter what the treatment is. I would highly recommend Jess, she is sweet, and most importanlty she knows what she is doing. I will only go to them for any future esthetic procedures.

I knew I needed laser hair removal, but was really nervous. I scheduled a consultation and actually had the first treatment the same day, which was a Saturday (weekend hours are another plus about Metro). Jonathan is the best. He has the perfect personality for his job. He is so outgoing and he knows the right balance between making conversation during the procedure (which can be painful at times) and working efficiently and effectively. I've been getting treatments there on a regular basis since January 2008 (ten months ago) and I continue to be not only pleased but also impressed with the service. I would highly recommend Metro Laser to anyone considering any of the services they provide.

I had 6 laser hair removal treatments at Metro Laser and I am very satisfied. Jonathan is extremely professional, friendly, and he knows exactly what he's doing. I have visited several laser hair removal places for consultations and I think Metro Laser is definitely the best value. I got extremely good service at a reasonable price. Their Saturday hours are very helpful too.

I read all of the reviews and decided to have the laser treatment for sunspot removal. Everyone was very friendly during my first consultation and customer service seemed excellent. I was called twice afterwards for followup so I went ahead with the treatment with the understanding that I would need only one more treatment. After the first treatment, I had no changes with any of my sunspots. I called to make a second appointment and was told I would need to call back. After three phone calls and promises for return phone calls, I still have yet to get a second appointment. I've waited two months to no avail and am now discouraged from any further attempts. I felt they were very eager for me to come in for the first visit and despite seemingly good rapport, I strongly feel I wasted several hundred dollars.

Cons: Disappointed with outcome and inability to make future appts.

I've had a series of treatments - chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials at Metro Laser since October 06. I can hands down say Jessy is the best! She is very knowledgable and always educates me about my at home skin care. The atmosphere at Metro Laser is very friendly and inviting and there is never any pressure to buy products. The samples she gives me are the BEST! Jessy will only offer me something she knows is good for my skin. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The service was personable, and educational, and the quality of the treatment was excellent. Have no problems, etc, after the treatment at all. In fact, the aloe product Jonathan used worked excellently, leaving me with no visible redness at all (considering I had to go to work right after his treatment). Wonderful guy, that Jonathan. I ABSOLUTELY highly recommend this place for service; as I will absolutely consider them for future and other possible things I will like to treat myself to @ Metro. P.S. I enjoyed Jonathan's hug, when we accidently bumped into each other in Philly street (this saying that Jonathan goes far and beyond to connect with people which saids that he and Metro is beyond fantastically personable). The staff of Metro Laser were extremely professional. They were able to explain the treatment I needed in a way I could understand (no medical jargon) and also went over the procedures I needed step by step. I completely understood what they were going to do and they then proceeded to do it to the letter. It was a real pleasure to be treated by them and I am completely satisfied with the results.

I was skeptical of laser hair removal until my friend talked me into it! Best thing I ever did. My bikini and underarms are so smooth! I don't shave anymore! Love my life! Metro Laser was awesome. They arranged a payment plan, the cost was right on. The place looks great. And most of all the staff was great! Pleasant, clean and super friendly. I recommend Jonathan and his team to everyone.

Pros: Well priced. Super staff. Very Hip. Late evening appointments.

Cons: Only open half a day on Monday.

I recently moved to the city and was forced to leave the esthetician who gave me the best brazilains ever! after trying several different places, thinking i would have to start driving over and hour to have a wax, i went to Metro laser and saw Lindsay. I was so relieved to see that she knew how to give a "real" brazilian and everything was kept sanitary and clean. I also loved the quiet atmosphere. i will be back!

I've been to four different salons over the last four years for bikini waxing, and I like this one the best. Awesome things about this place:
1) Jonathan: So freakin' friendly yet also professional--it's a hard balance sometimes, and he's got it.
2) Pam: Listens to me babble through the pain (you know, no matter how good an esthetician is, waxing is not comfortable), and she achieves clean, smooth results. The best.
3) Atmosphere: I like to feel relaxed when I'm about to have hair ripped outta my skin, but I don't like when I feel like I have to whisper. At some salons (w/ candles and mini fireplaces and trickling water pieces), I feel like I'll bother someone if I speak. (At one place, someone actually knocked on the door and asked that the esthetican and I be quieter. Ew, not like we were shouting.) Metro has a bit more of a medical appearance and feel...without the coldness of a doctor's office. And the ever-so-slight doctor's-office impression makes me feel like I'm in good hands, that these are people who know what they're doing and how to do it right.
4) The staff is friendly and even a bit quirky--makes me feel more relaxed and also like they want me there, not just that they need me there b/c they need my money.
5) It's on the 20th floor, so if you feel like burning a few hundred extra calories, take the stairs. And when you finally reach the top, someone will offer you water or wine or whatever you need.
6) I got an appointment on the very day I called! Sure, I don't expect that every time but it's a very good first impression that they got me in so quickly.
Bad things about this place: nothing. (A few reviews said the parking is a problem, so I took the train. It's just a few short blocks from Suburban Station.)

I recently had a facial with a chemical peel at metro laser. My skin never looked better! It was so relaxing and i really noticed a difference after only one treatment. I also had a eyebrow wax with Lindsay, and i loved what she did with them. I will be back!

I loved the atmosphere at metrolaser! Jonathon was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable as soon as i walked in the door. (he offered me a glass of wine)! I had a facial with Lindsay and the massage was so relaxing i fell asleep! The extractions were great and i did not break out afterwards like i usually do with most facials. I also had my eyebrows shaped with Lindsay. usually i feel like they are too thin afterwards, but this time they were full and had a great shape!

I have been carrying a picture of Courtney Cox's eyebrows around with me for the last 2 years and I finally found an esthetician that can do them! Renee, at Metro Laser was amazing. Although the wax took a little longer than I have previously experienced it was worth every minute. My eyebrows are perfect. I have so much faith in this place I treated myself to my first peel. I went to Metro Laser for a brazilizn wax and was pleasantly surprised by the different atmosphere! This is an up beat establishment that exceeds its name of "Metro" laser! How nice to be offered a complimentry soda, water or coffee before my treatment! My waxing was also fantastic. A skilled esthetician took good care of me and I was finished and hair free in less then a half hour. Who could ask for more!! Check this place out if you interested in getting an awsome wax. You will appreciate this place -

Some time ago I contacted Metro Laser for a laser brazilian. I was nervous about it and wary of the expense so I opted for a brazilian waxing with special hard blue wax that does not pull at the skin. That was GREAT! - That is the best waxing I have ever tried. When the hair returned, I had a laser Brazilian. It costs more but it is beyond smooth and I love it. It feels as though I never had hair there. If you are going to have any hair removal you owe it to yourself to call Metro Laser.
