Had pool re-plastered with a new pebble surface. The pool looks great.
The crews were clean and highly skilled and the workmanship is great.
Very impressed.
Had great job done by Premier. The entire pool area came out terrific.
Renovation included Tile-coping-plaster-patio-skimmers-pool lights and a Heat pump. They were very professional and pool looks great.
This company does quality work, when they arrive and when you can reach them. They have terrible customer service... don't show up for appointments. No calls to explain. I have been waiting on a quote for 3 weeks and they don't even reply to my emails.
Bought a new house and had a pool inspection done by Toffs Pool Inspections. Hired Premier to make recommended changes.
They were very professional and did a great job. I am pleased with the work. Installed new heater, Salt system pool cover and repaired tile in the spa.
Had pool interior sandblasted and redone with pebble plaster. The process was simple and I have no complaints. The pool looks great. I would recommend them highly. The interior option we chose is far superior then any of the other choices we had been shown by other companies for a similar price.
Premier was recommended to us by the company we use to open/close our pool. As buyers of a home with a pool and never having owned a pool, we found we had a pool that needed a lot of work. While the quality of the work was OK, the absolute absence of any communication from Premier caused huge amounts of frustration and - frankly - anger. If I didn't send an e-mail or call, work didn't get started; once it started weeks after expected, days that were perfect weather-wise went by but no progress was made until I called or emailed again expressing concern about the lack of progress. We had a full re-do of the pool and surrounding area - a significant investment on our part - and I would have expected some level of interest in doing a nice job, but that didn't happen. All of the work was done by foreign workers who needed me to communicate my concerns to the office. I was lucky that I was working at home the day the coping was being installed as the chosen bricks were not what was expected. When it came time for the stamped concrete deck to be selected, I received an innocuous email with various pictures of styles and no message indicating that it was time to select the style and color we wanted. Given the coping color wasn't as expected, we asked for color samples to help with our decision and were met with annoyance although they did bring the sample brochure quickly. Once the work was done, we had things that needed addressing and again, unless I was calling or emailing no one responded. It was a full month after the work was done that someone finally showed up to address our concerns. The lack of customer service attitude and absence of ownership of our major renovation project earns a rating of unsatisfactory for this company, and I will let the company that recommended them know of our experience in the hope that they will not recommend them to others. Unless you want a frustrating experience - go elsewhere.
Got two estimates for work to be done one from company who built the pool. Both had lots of things that were not needed. Then found Premier on Servicemagic.com and they gave an honest assessment. They didnt "sell' me things that we didn't need. I appreciate that.

Premier Did a very nice job. We did wait 2 weeks for the work to be scheduled but the new tile and coping is very well done. The workmanship is exceptional.

Good Workmanship
Started work April 2010 still not fully resolved and completed. Tile and Coping work was done beautiful.

Pool Renovation was great.
I am a contractor myself and have done masonry just not pools. The workmanship that was done on my pool is exemplary. I am a critical person and was actually surprised how well everything was done. Had the company scheduled to renovate our pool in early May. Had many delays and postponements, finally, the project was finished by mid June after many angry e-mails. The company does not do what they promise and certainly does not respond to requests after work has been finished.
We would never recommend them to anyone and certainly would never use them again.

Completed Pool plaster job on 4/1. They drained the pool and sandblasted in 1 day and then acid washed and applied another coating to make sure the plaster bonds properly. A day later it was plastered. No mess no hassle. A+

Consistently over-promises and under-delivers. Always late. Not dependable. I had my pool completely renovated. I don't like people saying they can do something by a certain date and it not being done 1 month later. This was not a one-time thing. We came to know that if we wanted premier to do something, we had to double their time estimate. Not worth the hassle.

weather is out of our control... If customer changes materials they initially wanted during the process there can be delays...if it rains during the renovation process there can be delays...Just had my pool tile and coping redone. They were able to do the work and not alter my existing plaster which was done only 2 years ago by another company. I am very pleased by their responsiveness throughout the project. Good work.

Very pleased with the work that was done on our pool. Thanks for helping me winterize the pool as well. I will speak highly of Dan and Brendan, the guys who were my salesman and Project Manager. Class act!

Premier did a spectacular job on my pool and I am very happy with decision to use them.
I contracted for tile and coping, white plaster, caulking, dual main drain from a single, a new heater and a mesh cover. The whole project took basically a week (the cover is going to be installed in 2 weeks).
The company that built the pool who I called initially- all they did was bash every other contractor. When I checked the BBB and other sites with reviews on them all I found was bad. Don't believe slick salesman!!!
Then I came across Premier and appreciated their approach. A+

Our Pool is now absolutely wonderful.
We are so please with the total tranformation of our backyard.
In June we contacted several companies to get proposals on our pool and lansdcaping. It was our Landscaper Julian at Outdoor Environments that recommended Premier.
Chad and Dan listened to what we had in mind and adapted our vision to create a beautiful pool.
We added a waterfall as well as a large area to put lounge chairs in shallow water. The choices of materials and colors really makes our pool unique.
We are very pleased with the project and with Premier. There are few good contractors out there and Premier is one of them.

so far - NOT GOOD - major staining and coping very poorly installed - I actually held back $1300 and they still didnt get back to me - 1 year later the plaster is now separating and I am going to have to have the pool drained...dont even want to think about the cost...would just like a call back from the company at this point...

BUYER BEWARE. I was stupid enough to allow this company to renovate my inground pool. Never showed up on time (2 weeks late). And the workmanship was terrible.

Heater/ 2 pumps /filter and salt generator installed as well as a new skimmer. They were out to start on day scheduled and did the work as promised. Very tidy and plumber was great. Highly recommend.

The work was performed to a very high standard and I am very pleased. The salesman and project managers were all great guys and the lady I dealt with at the office was very helpful. The tile I had chosen initially was discontinued but we were able to locate enough to make it work.I was home during all the work being done and am very critical of how my property is left. Each crew was very courteous and I will say other then not rolling up a hose, they were great.I will recommend Premier to others who need pool remodeling without hesitation.

Just completed our pool remodel and am very happy with the project.
I researched many companies before finding the right one. Premier had quite a bit of good feedback and that got me interested. After I had them out for an estimate, I felt they got my vision and could do what we planned. They didn't "sell" me like some of the others I had out.
The project went smooth and the new pool is amazing. I can recommend them very highly to anyone who has a pool that needs lots of work.

After two years in our new house we tackled the 20+ year old pool. We got 4 estimates and was most impressed with Premier. Chad was our salesman and he was great. They did exactly what they promised and the finished project is beautiful. We now have a completely new pool.I said I would give a good review if they deserved it and I am doing just that!

We are very pleased with work on our pool. Premier did a great job and I think the workmanship is better then when pool was new. The weather pushed us back about 10 days which was our only gripe.

The past two summers I have been patching tile around the pool. This year we bit the bullet and had the pool renovated. I got 3 estimates and chose Premier Pool Renovations because they seemed the most professional and they also did a pool in our neighborhood last year and those neighbors were pleased.
The work took about a week and it came out great. We went from white coping initially, to gray flagstone and a colored quartz interior. The pool looks so much different. I do recommend Premier to anyone who needs pool work.

We had our entire pool and surrounding area re-done in August of 2008. Premier Pool Renovations did a spectacular job. We initially got 3 estimates and the other pool companies did not even mention getting permits or electrical bonding of the pool. They were clueless. Our project took 3 weeks and men worked every day accept maybe 2 or 3 days total. The finished pool and flagstone patio looks amazing. It looks like it has always been there. I sincerely recommend Premier to anyone who needs a pool remodel.J. Vichner

I had Premier do a complete rehab on my 25 year old pool in August 08'. The pool is amazing! I am very happy with the material chosen and the workmanship. I highly recommend this company.
