These guys are a major plumbing supplier in the area. But they do have time for the little guy. I've often brought in old toilet or drain parts asking for a replacement (sort of like show and tell) and they're always ready to help. They recently had a special flange I needed for my toilet that I was convinced was only available online. They've got it all.
