Outdoor eating area, Carribbean-themed, live music. I&#39;ve tried it several times now, and I guess I&#39;m about to give up, at least for dining. The food is just very inconsistent, and usually not good ... either over-cooked or under-cooked, changing quantities of ingredients, often not fresh.
