Pierres Bakery

This is a family business. The cakes are moist and made to order.
They are not pre-made for design as your local grocery stores.
The cakes can be ordered with fresh fruit as a kid I had a cake each year with fresh strawberries. They are the fll berries not bits of berries. They also are need with artistry of the cake. It is great looking and great tasting.

I grew up in Blue Island and have since move away I have always loved Iversons for their doughnut's but Pierre's is the BEST for atomic cake! We had our wedding in southern Illinois & had your wedding cake shipped to us! Unbelievable Service Held up wonderfully.It is what everybody still talks about there is not a bakery in central or southern Illinois that even come close to licking the spoons that Pierre's uses!

every year when my husbands birthday comes around he has to have a cake from pierre's bakery. this place is awesome. they have the best atomic cakes anywhere. i have been to alot of bakery's but there atomic cakes are the best. pierre's is kind of out of my way but it is worth the trip just to see the look on my husbands face when he opens the box and sees the cake. they put these enourmous strawberries on top of the cake and they are always so sweet. you can buy a whole cake or you can just buy a slice. plus they have all kinds of sweet treats. you can also eat your treats there or take them to go. the only thing is that they are kind of expensive, but once you have a piece of their cake you will not care.

PROS: best atomic cakes
CONS: a bit pricey
