I grew up in Blue springs. I accepted a job that required I move to Miami Florida. The bad thing about moving is that you have to establish all new contacts. After several months I had to take my F-150 in for service and it was this experience that reminded me I had to find a good dealer and establish a relationship. I was not happy with the blatant carelessness I observed with this dealer about a mile from my house so I began searching for another dealer. After talking with friends I was told most dealers down here are like this. You have to fight for every little thing. This made me appreciate the relationship I had with Matt ford. Although I am stuck with these guys here in Miami for service I am not stuck with them when it comes time to buy a new vehicle. It has been many years now since I moved here and to this day I still purchase my car or truck from matt ford. Not only do I get an excellent price but they also have the new truck delivered to the dealer here in my town so I don??t have to drive back to K.C to get it. Matt ford mechanics have spoken with me via long distance phone calls to help me diagnose mechanical issues and have been spot on every time. Based on my experience I don??t see myself establishing a relationship with any other dealer. It??s comforting to know that I can pick up the phone to place an order , get mechanical help or just talk about upcoming cars and trucks. This is my experience , I hope it helps in your decision making when looking for a new vehicle.
Me and my Family have bought all of our cars for the last 15 years from Matt Ford Sales, and all I can say is WOW what service they don't hound you like other dealers. When you walk on the show room floor you are greeted with a smile, they make you feel right at home. When dealing with there sales people theres no back and forth games they come at you with lower prices then I've seen anywhere! My family is a Ford family, and my brother works for Ford here in town. We will not go anywhere else for service or to bu!. If I could give anyone that reads this advise I'd tell them to give them a try.
Their advertisements say they are worth the drive because they will save you money. As far as I could tell, they are priced just about the same as any other Ford dealer in the area. The have a large lot which houses many cars and is clean and well organized. The employees were pretty typical car salesmen.
