JIm Lupient is great. I went there to get my oil changed. On Mondays you can get a manicure. Workers there are great- once they even fixed a nail in my tire for free. They are wonderful!

An interior part on my car broke, and I called Lupient to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. I was told it would be about $150, $60 for the part, and $90 for labor. It seemed a little high to me, so I called another dealership, and gave them the part number. I was told that Buick/GM MSRP was $30 for the same part, and it should only take about 1/2 hour tops to install it, so total should be app. $60.

No one at Lupient could explain to me why their parts and labor were about double local competitors. Then, just for the heck of it, I checked one of their ads "MSRP $23K, Our Price $17K". Not one option of that vehicle was MSRP $23K, all models/options of that vehicle started at $14K.

I wouldn't take my car here to get it fixed unless my warranty company made me do it, and I definitley wouldn't buy from here.

Pros: answer the phone fast

Cons: everything is more expensive than anywhere else!

VERY impressed with this dealership! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely purchase from them again. I came in with a different, higher APR and Kathy (??finance) ended up putting things on hold for a few days in order to get me a better rate. It was FANTASTIC and she explained everything VERY thoroughly. With the stigma of a car lot employees, this entire organization was a definite contradiction. Find the Lupient lots and avoid the Denny Hecker ones!! NO LIE!
