Reviews for The Java Joint Cafe

Ratings_icons Fun hang out

This place is a fun hang out for friends and family. The crowd seems to get younger and younger as time goes on but that won't stop me. The service is awesome, and the staff is extrememly nice. Their coffee is pretty great too! Try the frozen hot chocolate!

A splash of urban chic in surburban Old Bridge NJ.
a good place to stop by for a cup of coffee and a pastry. The menu is limited if you are looking for a meal. Worth a trip

this place has a great young, chic, NY vibe. coffee and pastries are good, they've got a more extensive menu but i wasn't too impressed with things like eggs. a good little place to go to on a saturday night for a cappuccino and slice of cake!

Ratings_icons What a cool place

This little coffeehouse reminds me of one that I might find in NYC. It's very cool. The coffee is superb, and the baked goods are tasty and fresh. They also have delicious wraps and salads. The atmosphere is what truly makes this a unique place, though. They have live entertainment on some nights (bands, tarot card readings, etc) and a rule that I wish other places would have: No children under the age of 17 after 7PM unless accompanied by an adult. I have nothing against chidren (I have 3 myself) but sometimes I go to Java Joint with a few friends for an "adult" night, and really don't want to listen to any rowdy kids. Java Joint is also in a really convenient location, and is easy to get to. Check them out!

PROS: great atmosphere, great coffee, yummy food
