Men's haircut; high quality at city prices 
Out of town traveller needed a haircut. Stumbled onto Lori. In my opinion, she is a great stylist for men. Great touch, quick and efficient, with easy maintenance tips. NOTE: It's a little tough to find the location. You need to look up to the second floor.

Had a Morrocan Oil Treatment and Exceeded Expectations!
I recently had an appointment with Eddie for a hair color and cut. Not only was Eddie helpful and listened to what I wanted he gave me the best haircolor and cut I have ever had. He listened when I said I did not want to look golden or bleached blonde. I was also given a Morrocan Oil treatment which sealed my split ends and gave my hair body and shine. I can't wait to go back!

Best salon in town
I travel over 60 miles to Salon Vanity. Professional without being condescending or hauty, the salon is hip, sleek and accomodating. Jeannine is fast, but listens well and provides me with lots of functional options for my rather coarse and rambunctious hair. She keeps me low on chemicals & products, but high on style & care. Great locale, though a flight of stairs up. The greet staff can be a little preoccupied, but it in no way reflects the attention and skill of the stylists. Great place, priced competitively, don't hesitate.
Pros: Stylists and colorists are outstanding

HGreat Salon, Staff, Service, Amazing Cuts and Colors
From NYC new in the area, I read all your reviews (love citysearch!!) and I have to agree its by far the best place to have your hair done. My stylist was brilliant the cut was fabulous as well as my highlights! The Staff makes you feel at home... very comfy place. Most salons/stylist in the area are stuck up there was not an ounce of arrogance here. one problem they had one too many desserts and im on a diet ;)

The New Up and Coming
Not a big fan about getting a haircut but needed a real change. My girlfriend suggested that I try Salon Vanity. I made an appointment on a Monday which is my day off. The stylist's name is Lori. What a sweetie and WOW what a haircut, my color is fabulous. Thanks Lor for the NEW ME!!!

Expensive!
I left the salon with a $250 bill - perhaps not a lot of money for some but I thought that the price was too much for an unremarkable color and cut.

Fabulous cut and highlights!!
I just moved to Philadelphia and did not want to waste time trying to find a good stylist, so I checked the directory in Allure magazine and they listed Edmondo Blando in Philadelphia as a rising star. It was easy to get a Saturday appointment and there was no wait when I arrived. Edmondo studied my naturally curly hair and gave me a fantastic cut that works with my natural curl and looks great. I can just wash and go! The color and highlights look natural and the products he used were gentle to my hair. I highly recommend Edmondo and Salon Vanity for their expertise and professionalism. Their prices are comparable to what I paid in the South for the same services.
