Chico's

From the first day I walked into this store Lupe has been there. I'm not sure I have her last name spelled correctly but she knows who I mean. She always calls me personally to alert me to sales. She also knows my taste so she calls to let me know about an outfit I might like. She is very professional, sincere and represents Chico's in a positive manner. She is also a very good sales person because I find it difficult to say 'No' to her. Thank you Lupe and happy Holidays to all the sales clerks at Chico's.
