The new agenda for the public school seems to be keep everyone in school, even those that should not be there. The end result is thugs walking the hallway making life dangerous for students and teachers. Moral of the story, stay in the room and spend as little time as possible in the hall. After meeting with teachers, it's clear we have good staff committed to and able to teach. Now we have to get the administration behind the good staff!
Pros: Good teachers that know their stuff
Cons: Hamstrung by current district policy
