We had our entire roof redone by Dr.Roof and after two years a leak took place. Not only the repair was late, the personal un-announced (no appointments were made), the damage obviously not covered by the 25 years warranty so praised at the time of the installation, we had to deal with rude (even insulting at some point) customer services. In the course of our remodeling, I am happy to say that it was our first experience with such a poor and rude service. This company does not stand by the standards that they set at the time of the sale , has no service that can be name "customer service" and is totally unreliable.
