Decker & Mc Clanahan Inc

I am a patient of Dr. Mc Clanahans, and I have nothing but good to say about him and his staff. After years of not going to the dentist because of fear, I went to see him, and I had NO PAIN. He is the most gentle dentist I have ever met. He is sooo patient and settles any fears you may have. I have recommened him to many people and they all love him too. I told Dr. Mc Clanahan that he is never allowed to retire, or I will have to show up at his house just to see the dentist. I will not go anywhere else!! He even gives you his cell phone # to call him after your work is done just incase you have a problem or question after hours. His office staff are the most helpful and nicest I have ever come across. Thank you Dr. Mc Clananhan!!

This guy has radio ads promising that you take one little pill and sleep through the complex work and "often" can be done in one visit. Wrong ! He gives you two ground up pills and lets you sleep for 1/2 hour then while you are awake he drills and pulls your teeth. This after he suggested that he could save the damaged tooth instead of removing it. I am deathly afraid of dentists and went to 2 others before Decker, Decker was more than double the price. But, I figured no pain is worth it. There was a lot of pain and he left me unattended for long periods of time. Did't seem to care that I was in pain, or do the work corrctly. I have a temporary crown where the bite is off and driving my crazy. Be aware of the price and the sleeping while you work is a tolal outright lie. I am writing to ADA about his guy, he shouldn't be using deceptive and unethical practices. Oh yeah, I paid up front !!! - Another stupid move on my part.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Decker. After being to a total sadistic butcher of a dentist at Cottonwood Dental in RSD, I found Dr. Decker who is the most gentle man and dentist ever! Uber friendly staff too! Lovely people! He even does sleep dentistry! NO PAIN AT ALL! NO ANXIETY! And this is on a root canal! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! As long as he is around I will continue to see him as long as I have teeth!

PROS: NO PAIN!
CONS: what cons? NONE!
