I have difficult hair with lots of cowlicks. Lorraine has done my hair for years and has controlled it . I can get a hair cut (mens cut) in less than 20 minutes , I've been going there for years.

I can get my cut and all over color for less than $95.00. This is pretty reasonable considering I have to get this process done just about every 6 weeks.

I go to Laura and I've been going to her for a year now. I think she is fast , efficient and price is really cheap for Burlingame. I use to go to Trio and it is too expensive and the cut at Shear is a lot better and I don't pay for the "fluff" of the other salon. I just want a good cut and that's what I get.

I was looking for a good hair salon in the area, which is always a challenge for newly moved people. I saw some good reviews about Shear Magic on this web site as well as on the City Search and took a chance....you know, even they have some good reviews, sometime you can be disappointed, right??? But not this time! Vicky at Shear Magic is very nice, a good communicator and very good at what she is doing!! Price was also VERY reasonable. I got a hair cut and it cost only $40.00, which is a deal around here.I am very picky when it comes to the beauty salons, (I still can't find a good nail salon around here after 1 year searching and still go to the one in Mountain View) so, you can trust my opinion :)

I recently moved to Burlingame and went to Shear Magic for the first time. I got a cut and style by Victoria. I was very pleased by her work. She was very nice and communicated well before beginning the cut. The salon is small and the same stylist takes care of you from beginning to end. Unlike other salons where the assistant does everything. I found my new home for a salon that I am extremely satisfied with & reasonably priced, right off Burlingame Ave.
