We used Chicagoland Flooring for many years. They always were able to help us with any flooring tasks and concerns. Work was on time and within our budget.
Recently, we had rush sand and refinish job. Working team arrived as scheduled and as always they did great job.

The original wooden floors in our home in Evanston were neglected for many years, overdue to be resurfaced After looking at several companies and checking their credentials, we decided to go with Chicagoland Flooring. Not the cheapest of those companies we interviewed but we felt comfortable and trusted in them.
The two man crew was prompt, courteous, and very neat. The results of their work, we are enjoying now

They were referred to us by our general contractor during kitchen remodeling. It was tricky job to combine new with old flooring and all patches together. They were on time, and the hard work was very appreciated. After sanding and finishing it is hard to tell which part is new and which part is old. Great job

We looked online for a good flooring company. Once we found out Chicagoland Flooring the whole process was very easy.
Prompt response to our emails, quick online estimates at their website for our sanding and refinishing job. Reasonable prices and professional attitude. They are industry certified floor sanders and finishers. All above confirmed our decision to go with them. They done great work on sanding and repairs of our hardwood floors. Highly recommended.

This company responded to our inquiry quickly. I particularly liked their simply estimate process, using email.
We were out of town and using email, being able to see digital pictures of different stains helped us tremendously.
After answering a few questions we got accurate, detailed estimate. Pricing was very reasonable. It also helped that they were certified by National Wood Flooring Association as professional sanders and installers, very easy to check online on association web site.
The work was scheduled quickly and completed on time. There had to replace additionally two broken boards. You can not even tell the difference now. We got also advice about floor maintenance after the work.
I am happy with the sanding and refinishing work performed in my house and I would use them again with no problem.

Chicagoland Flooring removed carpet and installed new hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room, and dining room. They also refinished hardwood floor in the kitchen with water based finish.
They did excellent work, they were very responsive to all my questions. The manager of the company was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The individuals doing the work were prompt and hard-working. I expected to have dust throughout the house and they did such a great job of preventing it. I was incredibly pleased that such a major job could be done in a way that did not cause any inconvenience to me. The floors look great.
I would highly recommend their services.

Job was to remove of old flooring and installation of new hardwood floor in large family room. Also buffing and refinishing of floors in kitchen. It was a difficult job requiring removal of several lawyers of old flooring, rebuilding of subfloor and leveling new floor to meet uneven levels of old flooring. It was a great job.
Crew was polite, helpful, professional, and the floors look great. Old floors look like new, matching new floors very well. were done. They were very responsive to all my inquiries and requests. Everyone showed up on time, and cleaned up when they were done.
