Project Transitions is a nonprofit organization that provides housing and hospice services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in Central Texas. In fact, Project Transitions is the only organization that does this. And, it's true that Top Drawer Thrift is run by two staff members and a cadre of awesome volunteers. This helps us minimize administrative overhead and pass the savings on to our customers. They have a great selection of things, but not always a lot of stock. What I really like best is that the store is apparently run with minimal overhead - a lot of the workers are volunteers.</p> <p>In addition, they're partnered with some leading charity organizations and they do a bunch of work around Austin.
