I signed up for classes about 3 months ago and I LOVE TIME OUT FOR FITNESS. It?s amazing, even when my legs are burning I am having fun.

From the first visit you know that you are about to become part of something special. You are encouraged to meet other members before each class starts. Before your first class, you get an individual tutorial on key moves and during class, instructors walk around and give tips to ensure you get the most of your workout. At other clubs if when I was just starting and not in such great shape I felt out of place, but you will not here I would say this studio?s specialty is helping beginners start down the road to fitness. The Most importantly, you will get a fantastic workout that leaves you totally energized and Time Out For Fitness offers a variety of workouts for everyone.

After a month at Time Out For Fitness I lost 6 pounds and my body has totally changed. I have more energy than I have ever had. Working out at Time Out For Fitness is the highlight of my day!!

My recommendation: take a class and join the fun. It is the best thing that you can ever do for yourself! I love this place and you will too. Check out the website and visit.

Fabulous instruction from dedicated teachers of Pilates, Yoga, and NIA (Non Impact Aerobics-- a fabulous dance type aerobics combining Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Yoga, Tai Chi), a healing stretch and core stabilizing class called Body Works, and a "bootcamp" called Body Shaping. The studio also has the Les Mills System with classes in Body Pump, Body Step, Body Flow, and the cool Les Mills dance class, Body Jam. All classes are choreographed to serve their specific aims. Participants learn a tremendous amout about health and well-being while getting great workouts and great results. Kids classes are available in summers. Really, this is it--what you've been looking for!

Time Out for Fitness regularly has hour-long classes ranging from pilates to a high-energy fat burning BODYSTEP. The instructors really get you motivated and keep you there. No one is alone in this place, and it really feels like a family with everyone supporting everyone else. It really makes workouts fun!

PROS: Fun, Lots of Different classes
CONS: there aren't classes at all hours of the day
