Went to the Lincoln location at 5031 and the sales staff were very helpful in helping me find the right plan and phone for me. I went to a few stores and they all tried pushing me toward the higher rate plan and the higher end phones. Here I got the plan I can easily afford and the features I wanted. Best of all the phone was free.
My only complaint was that I had to wait a few minutes before someone was able to assist me but then again they had a comfy couch and magazines to pass the time.
PROS: Got what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay
CONS: Had to wait a few minutes for service
