BEWARE 
This Dental office is simply horrible. I hate to even recall everything. My last visit there to finish a tooth I was put in a room that had a leftover tray from oral surgery along with the IV bag still hanging, syringes, used gauze, etc. 3 feet away on the tray. Horrible and worrisome to have to look at. There service is NO service. Dirty office. My tooth they worked on is now sore and loose still several months after they worked on it. I will probably end up losing that tooth. Very rude, uneducated staff. Wish I had seen this website before I went.

We received another excellent survery from patient Chantel Morris. She had a wonderful experience at the office and states that she will be referring family and friends to our office.
Here is another one from Amanda Appleton, she submitted a survey stating that her experience was excellent from the time she entered our front door until the time that she left.

Our office sends out surveys to all of our patients...We get an influx of great reviews on a daily basis. It is very unfortunate that some people do not have the best experience, but we at Tender Dental do promote patient comfort and will go above and beyond to help our patients (and walk ins, too!)
The following is a comment from patient Amanda Adams, 3/20/08:
the up front office staff is always professional and curteous. Celeste and Dr Benny were also great when my temporary crown was being put on. Although I was there 3 hours, it was comfortable and they went over everything with me as it was happening and explained it to me. =)

Don't go there!
Awful customer service, they don't know what they are doing. They don't know how to schedule people, be prepared to wait if you have an appointment and Good Luck getting acknowledged. The place is like walking into a free clinic. Don't give them your hard earned money. Go Somewhere else! ( I didn't want to give them a star, but had no choice.)

We had a patient survey response from a patient, Leon M. who writes the following "Trish and her assistant are wonderful. Also, Sandra helped us with setting up an extraction for the 24th. "
Lety Rodriguez is another patient that had a positive experience with our office, she states she had an excellent visit, she did not have to wait, all the staff was courteous and made her feel welcome and she would definitely refer family and friends to the office :)
Horrible! Unsatisfactory! Do Not Go Here!
Do not go here! Staff is rude and completely uncaring.
Even ended up stealing my insurance card then got mad at me for canceling appointment.
Michelle was the worst and a complete B I T C H !
She wouldn't even call to confirm that I had insurance.
I say DO NOT GO HERE!

Rosy Pat a new patient with our office sent in a review to smile Reminders, she said that she only waited 15 minutes, all of her options were explained to her and she would refer her friends and family to us. Thanks for comments!
Little Shop of horrible staff members
I have never been to a dental practice that was so unclean, poorly run, and staffed by such rude, vile, individuals in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! I ended up cancelling my appointment after waiting for over 2 hours, and was treated so rudely, I felt compelled to request all of the paperwork I filled out be returned to me for fear of what they would do with my personal information. I called my referring dentist and asked them to never refer a patient to this practice again. I'm not sure how they think treating their patients in such a belligerent manner will keep them coming back. They need to clean house, starting with the unclean lobby and the more than 6 staff members who are behind the front desk. Not one of them knows the meaning of customer service.

Patient survey from Sam Preston response states that the office is immaculate; the front desk staff was incredibly pleasant and he was able to have treatment done on the same day as his initial visit. He has never had a problem with the wait time or with any staff members. He would happily refer his famiyl and friends to our office
Crappy Dentist
A year ago, I went in for a dental exam and cleaning. The dentist did a lousy job on the fillings. I can see them on the front of my teeth near the gum line. Lousy smoothing. Poor fit initially on the rear fillings.
Here's the amazing part!
They never cleaned my teeth!
Every dendist I have been to in my life has cleaned my teeth before working on them.
Stay away!

ANOTHER HAPPY PATIENT!

Tessa Sampson submitted a review stating that she was ecstatic that we were able tow ork her in as a walk in, as awell as perform a prophy at the same visit. She was also able to have a root canal done same day. She will be referring family and friends to us as well.
Good setting for a horror movie...
An unsanitary and objectionable clinic staffed by some of the most offensive, unethical, and belligerent individuals from whom I have ever had the misfortune of receiving services. Advice to current patients: Don't sign anything, keep all your receipts, and document everything -- these things should come in handy for your lawyer...
My experience was this -- while conducting an exam the dentist and his assistant paid little attention to what they were doing with me because they were too busy complaining about another staff member, discussing whether she should be fired, but not before noting how "hot" she was.
Telling myself that everybody deserves a second chance and convenienced by their proximity to where I live, I went back for fillings... the same dentist drilled a hole in the wrong tooth and filled it, laughing about what a "perk" I just received for having a cavity filled before there was even a cavity...
Afterwards, several staff members gathered in the room where I was still sitting and blabbed away, using foul language and racial slurs.
Please, find other dentists. If the dentist's office desn't already make you nervous, they will after your visit here...
