Went to Ford of Port Richey looking for a used car for my first vehicle. There I meet Ken Bruning the bestsalesperson ever. Ken took his time with me showing me several great cars. We decided on a Ford Focus that had all the options I was looking and easy on the wallet for insurance. Which Ken had me call around to confirm the insurance would fit my budget to. I will send everyone I know to see you thanks again.

My husband and I visited every Ford dealership in Pasco, Pinellas, Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties because we took advantage of being in those areas for other reasons and were in the market for replacing each of our vehicles. We were also very specific about what we were looking for.

But more importantly, this also gave us a chance to see how we were initially treated to see if that's where we wanted to do business. By far, Ford of Port Richey treated us way better than any of the other dealerships. We ended up purchasing my new vehicle and several weeks later purchased his.

Everyone involved bent over backwards to get us what we wanted and under the terms we were looking for. They actively listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push off something else just to make a sale.

I couldn't find a negative thing about either of the two experiences we just had with our new car purchases and I'm glad we didn't miss out on what we thought was a lost art of customer caring that they still have at Ford of Port Richey.

I too bought a vehicle from the internet department. I found them to be better priced, more knowlegable than anyother dealer around. Jeff is a 1st class act and knows every nut and bolt on his products. Best buying experience in 20 years. Thank you Jeff and thank you Ford of Port Richey

Suncoast aka Port Richey Ford / Mitsubishi uses very deceptive internet practices. We saw a car listed on one of the used car listings and checked out the dealers website. We thought the price was low for a dealer but when my husband called they said it was available. When we looked at the car it was $3-4,000 more than the website. They list a price that they said it includes a $5,000 trade-in. I don't know a math where $5,000 = $3,000 or $4,000K. All the reference information shows the discounted price.Here is the text where they said they specified the list price is $5,000 more ... Vehicle price is plus tax, tag, title and fees. Just remember to go to the Mitsubishi Building where the Internet Suite is located for a more relaxed atmosphere. Prices plus tax, tag and title and include $5,000 cash or trade equity. $5,000 for your trade or we'll make your first payment up to $399

NEVER NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! One star is being EXTREMELY GENEROUS..... These people are rude, understatement, but worse then that is they lie at every opportunity! After finding out the the original contract was written with the wrong loan company.... how does that even happen... they make me sign another contract with a nearly 2,000 dollar difference between the contracts that they didn't think I would realize.... after ME bringing up the difference and them acting like it was some big mistake.... I am still fighting with them on a nearly daily basis for the $2,000 they owe me! I've had the car since November and still.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! After multiple lies and deception from these jack-asses.... after everything I think I am going to wind up suing these people for fraud.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, EVER! They have a new manager/owner now and that is the newest excuse for the mistake.... STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.... Go to Toyota Dealership or Hyundai Dealership at SR 54/ US 19 (both are at same intersection) and you'll get the service and loyalty you deserve when buying a new or used car!!!

The guys in the used car division are not very honest and use some pretty bad tactics. Not professional at all. STAY FAR AWAY. These are the guys you think about when you think of a "Used Car" Salesman!!
