this guy is horrible. He does not acknowledge customers and is rude! I to am amazed that UPS allows him to stay in business. What a poor face for the company. I'll go out of my way to avoid this jerk.

I'm wondering if some of these people just have sour grapes in their system, or maybe have unreasonable expectations and want to be greeted with a red carpet every time they come in.

UPS Store 1271 NE 99W, McMinnville, OR 97128-2722.
An article of my mail from the DA's office (child support) was ripped opened, taped shut, and had a sticky note attached indicating "wrong box". My box number is 146. The manager at
the UPS Store said it was placed in the box directly below my box "accidently". The box below mine is 152. The 152 address showed up on my LifeLock account. I need this to be investigated. Thank you.

After my third negative experience in the store I knew it wasn't an accident or anomaly. 1. Owner or proprietor (middle aged male with glasses) yelled at me for buying only shipping tape to leave pre -paid UPS parcel. He then ordered me to buy stamps to "make his credit card machine work". 2. The next time he was rude to my wife for putting prepaid UPS parcel on counter with other outbound UPS packages w/o his permission. Not sure what this guy's problem is but we will never use the store again and have told others to steer clear. When we mentioned to our neighbor our experience, they had a terrible story to share as well. UPS must have no control of the experience in UPS Store 3558 to let this continue.

Pros: None

Cons: Consistently Rude and Misleading about services

.

I had the worst experience in this store today. Against my better judgment (the owner has been rude to work with in the past), I went to this branch because I was in a rush and it is the one closest to my home. When I went in, the owner was on a personal call. He seemed really annoyed that I had "interrupted" him. I needed to fax something and two of my pages had taped receipts on them. He impatiently told me to copy the pages with receipts on them. When I put the pages through the automatic feeder on the copier, he YELLED at me, "Why didn't you put them on the glass?!!!!" I didn't put them on the glass because the receipts were *very* well taped down on all four sides and, frankly, I thought it was overkill to copy them in the first place. He continued to stand there and scold me that the pages could have gotten stuck in the feeder, the whole time waving the pages in my face! I would like to add that all of this happened AFTER the sheets had already gone through - nothing was even wrong!

Like I said, I have had difficult dealings with this man before. In fact, I don't think I have even gone in his store when he has given me or any other customer even a friendly greeting. He always seems annoyed and put out by his customers. I can't believe that he hasn't been reprimanded my UPS corporate headquarters based on some of the other reviews I've read. Can I give less than one star?

In this recession, jerks like this guy, who make no attempt to provide good customer service, will hopefully be put out of business. I won't ever give him another penny of my business. From now on, I'll go out of my way to go to the two super nice ladies at the UPS store at 1251 NW Maynard Rd. I've gone to them for years and I've never been treated rudely - and they always have a lollipop for my five year old son!

Pros: Convenience - but after this experience, I'd rather wait in line at the post office

Cons: Incredibly rude owner

.

I walked into the store and instead of being greeted with a "hello" or a smile, I was sneered at with no words spoken, even though I smiled at him. The owner NEVER offered to assist me in any way, pointed rudely to the pen I was to use, glared at me the entire time I was checking out, then he virtually threw the receipt at me. I have never been treated so rudely in a store before by an owner. UPS's website says that they look for "Qualified candidates for our franchise include people who enjoy working with the public, know how to provide the world-class customer service...". This man was very far from that! I want to report him to corporate headquarters to make them aware that he is NOT representing UPS's image positively. It's obvious he hates working with people and I will never patronize his store again.

Pros: None, especially considering there's a UPS store on virtually every corner

Cons: Extremely rude and unfriendly owner!

.

I had an unbelievable experience at this store today. Every time I asked questions to the Indian owner he kept saying "You don't understand, you don't understand!" That's right, I couldn't understand him because of his heavy accent! I'm not complaining of his accent actually but his attitude. He was obviously thinking it was my fault. I've felt the same way before but he was especially rude today. Before I went there I weighed the package and checked the shipping price on UPS website and found out it would be around $15. However the owner tried to charg me $29. I told him that it was suppose to be cheaper accoding to the website then he said the website was wrong. Since I knew sending it from USPS would be much cheaper than $29 I decided not to use UPS this time. The owner said "OK, it was totally waste of my time!" and ripped the form I gave him in front of me. It was shocking because I've never had this rude customer service in this area. Then I decided not to go back to this store again.
