I am really unhappy with what I got from OUR365. They charged $30 for a collage of my new born baby's and the print quality is very poor. I feel like I could have printed a better one on my office laser colour printer. No one will care about the money we spend as they come on a very special occasion in our life. I feel they just take advantage of our emotion and loot our money.

After our son was born, a representative from this company came to our hospital room at Morton Plant Hopsital in Clearwater, FL, to take newborn portraits. The pictures were good, so we purchased the disk of digital images for $130.00. Here is my laundry list of complaints since then:

1. In order to view and share your photographs online you have to enter your e-mail address, which was mistyped so we could not enter without calling to correct it. When you try to call, it takes forever to get through to someone. If you have an infant at home, you know that you cannot sit on the phone for long periods of time. I think they count on that to help bring down the number of complaint calls.
2. After about two weeks, we had not received the disk. Their website says you should receive your images in 5-7 days, so I went through the painfully long process of calling again and they had no record of my order, which I had a receipt for and they had taken our credit card number for (more on this later). So they reprocessed the order and shipped it right away. I got them to waive shipping for the inconvenience.
3. About a month later, I received the SAME order and was charged the full amount with shipping, $130, AGAIN! When I called they did not want to credit me without having me send back the order which I didn't want to do without a shipping label. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake and I sat on hold for about an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. They finally agreed to credit the erroneous charge and send me a shipping label, with the caveat that if they did not get the product (which is not worth anything to anyone else) back within thirty days, they would charge me. I agreed.
4. As of today, almost 4 days after they said they were crediting me the full amount, I have not received the credit, but I have received the shipping label. Fortunately, this unexpected charge did not send my bank account into overdraft or I would be after them for any fees incurred due to this unbudgeted and unexpected withdrawal from my account.

I have done business with several other printing and photo companies and if they make a mistake or something is undelivered, they eat the expense and make it right, something this company was completely unwilling to do. They made me feel like I made a mistake.

These are things no new mother wants to deal with, so take my advice and use your own photographer that you trust.

PRICEY - BAD SERVICE, BAD PICTURES. We trusted this company at the hospital a day after our daughter was born. They are VERY PRICEY, but it seemed convenient. The photographer was mediocre at best. The results were very average. We were promised that we would get a CD with all the pictures that were taken. We only got the 8 pictures they printed, none of the DOZEN OR SO others that would not have cost them a dime to include. When I attempted to log on to their website, they failed to identify me despite the fact that I input their 14 digit customer ID. What is the point of a 14 digit ID if it does NOT identify you??? Further, when I called them to talk to customer service, I went three loop after loop of truly inane voicemail hold adversitements and promotions and .... at minute 17, right now, have yet to speak with someone. I am giving up, and so should you.

They took our son's pictures in the hospital and having not slept for a few days the pictures seemed like a good idea. In reality we paid $30 (the cheapest package) for only 6 pictures I could have taken myself in addition to a $7 shipping and handling fee (for pictures?)! Would not recommend this company. Take pictures yourself. With a digital camera you're bound to get some good shots without the hassle of dealing with this company.

They took our son's pictures in the hospital and having not slept for a few days the pictures seemed like a good idea. Take pictures yourself. With a digital camera you're bound to get some good shots without the hassle of dealing with this company.

If Our365 is taking your baby's picture at the hospital, make sure you take plenty yourself. We ordered our pics only to find out about 2 weeks later that the pictures didn't turn out and that they would not do anything about it.

OMG.. my baby took her pictures in january and i stiil ahvent recieved them and its already gonna be March. When they come to your hm and take them they are all nice and everything but when it comes down to ordering them they want you to get the biggest package they get u bad

when they came to my house the guy did a good job. But did not really use any props but when they came back to show me and my roommate the pics we loved them so we bought them like $226 it took them forever to get to the apartment my roommate got hers 1st and i never did at all so i called but before i call we had called them b4 a next payment was taken and told them to change the dates they take out the payments and changed the card becuse we got a new card so we waited and waited nothing i was so mad so i call they said the card was declined duh i told them we called and changed that and they said well who did u talk to its does not say that here in the notes i was like o my gosh like we went telling the truth i got into a argument with them and finally she did what i was telling her to do to change the dates and put the new card on the account she did so when we looked on line at the bank account she took out all the money om my gosh i called left a message no one knows how to return a call i waited d2days again they acted like i was stupid i asked for my money back and they said no my son took these pic when he was a month and hes almost 4 months old my room ate ordered a pic frame and they have not sent it she took her pics when i took mine and she called they said they were out no one over there can call and tell anyone they sent her pics its a month later and no frame o my gosh i hate these people and when i called they were so rude i am supposed to get my pics 2morrow i hope by ups lets see if that even hap's my roommate got hers in the mail she has no frame yet they don't care about anyone at all these are my sons 1st pics and i don't wanna tell them i don't want them but it sucks iv been waiting for too long and they don't care but the pics are very cute but not worth all the money and time and they use the same poses in a lot of the pics when they edit the pics i dont know whats up with that i just want my pics
