I have luck finding dress shirts and slacks on the racks...Some of the sports wear is nice but out of season, which makes it real cheap...If your looking for t-shirts and shorts this is the place...

Okay let's face it, we all could use a good bargain and I find that always at ROss. This ROss store is a little bit bigger than your ordinary store and I like to come here just because it is out of my area and I find that they have different clothing and have a great Jewelry dept.

I go here when I have an event for wotrk and need things to fiull the baskets. I go over to the clearence selction and there are a ton of bargins. Unfortualetly a lot of times things are broken or just thrown (literally) on the shelf. Many of the clothes have stains on them too...

Ross, Marshall's, they're all mostly the same, really -- lots of overstock, imperfect merchandise, broken items, etc, dirt cheap. If you're in the mood, they can be quite fun to dig through.

This Ross is actually fairly well stocked, though not the biggest I've seen, it definitely had a lot of stuff. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be well maintained. Lots of aisles "stocked" by apparently just tossing things willy-nilly on the shelves, with no regard for even making good use of space. Aisles would be strewn with things people had simply dropped, or left behind.

The checkout staff seemed particularly slow. There were three tellers, and we stood there waiting for probably about ten minutes at least, maybe even fifteen, even though we were effectly next in line.

We did find a good deal, though, picking up a nice pleather bench seat with storage and reversible cushions (turned into serving trays on the other side) for about $70 -- saw a very similar design, half as large, at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $90.

PROS: Some serious bargains, if you're willing to hunt for them
CONS: Slow tellers, doesn't feel well maintained.

Editorial from

In Short
Bargain hunters are treated to rows of clothing racks, some devoted to well-known designers like DKNY and Polo Ralph Lauren, while others are a mix of brand-name and generic labels. Merchandise is marked 20 to 60 percent…
