I have been a "member" of this credit union for over 14 years. The customer service at this branch is unprofessional & bleak. Don't ask me why I've remained a "member" for this long, other than I use bill pay which is so convenient. If I have to go in and do face-to-face business, I absolutely DREAD it. The tellers at this branch are rude & the support staff act as though they need to retire. And, don't even think you can speak to the manager of this branch. She is kept so concealed in the back of the office & remains so "hands-off" to her customers. I am also a member of First Tech (through my husband) and have never been happier with them. BEWARE if you are seeking a new Credit Union -- or if you are a current member. I wish I had had the alert many years ago.
