I read the reviews on this site which prompted me to call and make an appointment for my wrist pain.
I called on Monday(the 7th) and asked if I could make an appointment, the soonest I could get was Saturday. On Friday night I got a call that my Saturday morning appointment would need to be canceled because they would be attending a conference.
(Why would they wait and call me the night before my appointment? I could have tried to find another place to go if it wasn't Friday night. Did they not know about this conference before?)
Asked if I would like to reschedule, I said "sure". When? I said "I guess as soon as possible, because my wrist are hurting pretty badly." Well we don't have anything available next week, How about on the 21st?
I guess I will take that.
It seems that if they give me less than 18 hours notice canceling my appointment, they could find a way to squeeze me in the next week.
This isn't someone that I feel like I should be giving my money to. I will find some one else.
I will try to find someone to help my wrist pain this Monday.
Terrible service.
Pros: Learned what they were before I spent my money.
Cons: No pain relief and spent a week in pain.
