I have worked with DirtCo construction both as a designer and a customer. I have repeatedly seen beautiful work and happy customers. The knowledge and loyalty DirtCo shows to its customers is admirable. No job is left without all details finished and in a timely manner.

This contractor is not licensed, is unorganized, and will not deliver what most would consider average quality work.
Dirtco's proficiencies lie in hauling and moving dirt, and not much else. He treats his workers poorly, many of whom do not have immigration paperwork which, if caught, will get YOU in big trouble.
I also found that he lied to me on several occasions about man hours and billing... summary: Dirtco talks rich, but delivers poor. You've been warned
