I selected Maid to Perfection because of their online reviews. Naturally, they put their best foot forward during the first cleaning. It was touch-and-go after that.

They would miss the simple things. Often after they left there was still toothpaste on the counter, hair on the carpet and dust on the tables beneath the pictures. It was as if the maids never actually *moved* anything when they did their cleanings. They rarely ever answer the phone when I call, hung up on me once (no call back and when I called repeatedly after that, they didn't answer the phone) and never return my calls. Mind you, these were not complaint calls. I was just calling to give them a piece of information or ask a question.

My biggest complaint is that the maids were never consistent. They sold me on a service that left "teams" of maids in my house (with an English speaking one at all times), but when I came home to check on this, I would find myself face-to-face with one non-English speaking maid who glared at me as if she hated me.

I had one excellent cleaning and when I requested this particular woman again (again via voice mail message since no one answered my call), they sent instead a strange MAN in his mid-forties with a *young* looking woman. Both glared at me when I walked into my own home and neither one spoke English very well.

They would drop off maids and come back later to pick them up. My husband was none too happy to come home only to find some random woman sitting in our driveway. Very unprofessional.

Finally, I cannot get my key back. This should have been done automatically after I canceled the service, but it wasn't. I've called four times and was told that the key was mailed last week. I still haven't seen it and plan to take recourse within the next few days. I'm concerned that the key has not been returned because they do not have it. Not good. Stay away from these people.

Pros: Pricing, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Cons: Unresponsive office staff, creepy maids, subpar cleaning.
